交長：機捷再延1年仍難通車

交通部近來許多施政引發不少民怨，部長葉匡時今天（12）接受電台專訪時，坦承桃園機場捷運通車日期如果再往後延一年，對施工單位來說難度仍然很高。另外，對於清明節國道大塞車，引發不少民怨。葉匡時則表示，高公局的確有督導不周之責，但重點是要「改過」而非「記過」處分。（閻大富報導）
對於近來交通工程或施政的相關問題，部長葉匡時上午接受專訪時指出，機場捷運去年八月就宣布，通車時程將延後到十月，目前確定還要再延。
葉匡時坦承，施工廠商日本丸紅公司提出的通車日期，交通部無法接受，如果能只延後一年，就已經很不錯了，但難度仍然很高。
此外，今年清明節大塞車，引發不少民怨，葉匡時說，高公局的檢討報告已有充分說明原因，他認為，能激發改過比記過更重要，因此傾向不會處分。
而對於公路總局發放的新式車牌與舊牌重複號碼，葉匡時則表示，監理過程的確研議不夠周延，必要時將有調整人事的作法。（圖：交通部大樓）

取締低頭族 國庫進帳1400萬

為防低頭族影響自身安全，警方加強取締低頭族，2013年首季共開罰8千多件，其中以高雄市最多。
從今年1月開始，開車時如一邊使用智慧型手機、平板電腦或其他3C產品，將挨罰3千元，騎乘機車則罰1千元。內政部次長蕭家淇開記者會，說明2013年首季取締低頭族與酒駕之成效。
警政署統計，從1月1日開始至3月底，共取締8千餘件。蕭家淇表示，這些違規案件集中在六都，共4799件，取締件數最多的縣市在高雄市。而被取締的低頭族中，機車族約佔6成、汽車族佔4成。
另外，今年1月至3月共取締3萬餘件的酒駕，移送法辦者約1萬餘件，酒駕肇事死亡人數為92人，與去年同期相比，取締增加3千6百多件，移送法辦件數、以及因為酒駕肇事死亡的人數有明顯減少。

周六北部地區受冷氣團影響，低溫可能下探12度，而且天氣多變，時晴時雨，預計中午過後才漸漸回暖，所以周六上半天，保暖衣物和雨具先別太急著收喔。中南部地區則是相對溫暖舒適的好天氣，高溫有機會來到28度。
好消息是周六過後全台天氣明顯好轉，各地降雨機率低，有機會見到陽光露臉，但南北溫差大，假日期間南北往返的朋友要多留意穿著，別讓感冒影響好天氣帶來的好心情！
